Along with the rapid development of megacities, there is large-scale construction of new high-rise buildings, and the costliness of land, coupled with the lack of available spaces in adjacent areas for parking, forces developers to organize large underground multi-level parking lots. As a result, convenient public spaces emerge around buildings, improving their appearance and enhancing the comfort of their visitors.
One of the solutions developed by our company is the JET ventilation management system for underground parking lots.
The main task of the system is air exchange by removing excess carbon dioxide, combustion products of motor fuel, and supplying fresh air. In emergencies, the system also functions as a smoke extraction system.
Axial smoke extraction fans are installed in the ventilation chamber spaces, with air being expelled through ventilation shafts.
Jet (garage) fans are installed on the ceiling and create a directed airflow. The ventilation control cabinet sets the operating modes of the fans.
Exhaust shafts (smoke extraction shafts) and supply shafts are provided in the construction design. Ventilation grilles are equipped with electric drives and operate according to the automation algorithms from the ventilation control cabinet.
Gas analyzers (sensors) for determining the CO level are installed throughout the parking area, and tunnel, and their number and placement are chosen based on the topology. CO sensors are programmed for two control modes: The first mode - ventilation mode at calculated levels of gas concentration (20 ppm). The second mode "emergency" (100 ppm) - intensive air exchange accompanied by sound and signal alerts.
The Jet Ventilation control system represents an innovative approach to organizing ventilation systems. Its concept is based on modern technologies that significantly optimize the use of available space and resources.
The main highlight of this system is the ability to eliminate the need to install bulky ducts, channels, and other cumbersome elements. Thus, Jet Ventilation offers more compact and efficient solutions compared to traditional ventilation systems.
This is particularly important in situations where it is crucial to use limited space as efficiently as possible or when high aesthetic standards in room design must be maintained.
Thanks to these innovative solutions, it is possible not only to increase the efficiency of ventilation but also to significantly reduce the costs of installing and maintaining the system. As a result, Jet Ventilation provides clients with an advanced tool for ensuring optimal conditions in spaces with maximum efficiency and resource economy.
By using Jet Ventilation technology, we eliminate the need for costly ductwork. Ventilation of the space is achieved through the continuous movement of the air stream, which is distributed throughout the space from air inlet points to exhaust systems. This contributes to creating an optimal ventilation effect across the entire area.

Reducing the use of additional communications and technological equipment can lower the costs of installing and maintaining the system. This can include both financial and time resources.
By optimizing the ventilation system, the client can achieve more efficient air circulation, which, in turn, contributes to a more comfortable indoor atmosphere.
The Jet Ventilation control system can provide the ability to customize for specific needs and characteristics of the space, which can improve ventilation outcomes.
Depending on the region and type of facility, Jet Ventilation can help the client meet all relevant standards and regulations in the field of ventilation.
